So....ladies and gents.....what do we have here? Well.....it's a Lizzy Love rubber stamped image. You're probably thinking...but wait....I thought Lizzy Love only sells digital stamps? Nope....not the case anymore. Which means.......you can emboss them, you can use any color ink you want, you can stamp them on any surface, and....wait...I thought there were more possibilities, but I can't think of them. (?) I'm sure there are, but I'm still on my first cup of coffee of the morning.

How can you get your hands on these rubber stamps? Well...I'll tell ya.....

Easy, huh? So....I should probably tell you how I colored up this image. My absolute favorite markers are Copics. Then I go back over them with colored pencils (Caran d'Ache and Prismacolor) and finally...I smooth out the graininess with Gamsol and a paper blending stump. In case you're unfamiliar, Gamsol is an odorless mineral spirit. I prefer it over others because it's supposed to be the least toxic. I keep a tiny container of it in my case with my colored pencils.

I'm hoping to get enough time in my busy schedule to make a process video/tutorial showing a similar project from beginning to end. My goal is to complete that in the next month. We shall see I suppose. :)

Thx for stopping by!

-B
